Bombay High Court Quashes Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Ruling in Rs 8500 crore Transfer Pricing Case - (09 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has quashed and set aside an order of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, which had ruled that I-T department had powers to raise tax demand on Vodafone India in a Rs 8500 crore transfer pricing case.
