SEBI Nods for Infibeam to Raise Rs 450 Crore via IPO - (06 Oct 2015)

Infibeam Incorporation has become first ecommerce company in India to be listed with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) giving its permission to Infibeam to raise Rs 450 crore through Initial Public Offering (IPO).
