CBEC Asks Field Officers to Take GST Disputes to Supreme Court - (19 Sep 2017)

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has instructed its field officers to prepare to move the Supreme Court on all disputes where levy of Goods and Service Tax (GST) has been questioned or stayed by any high court.
