CBEC: Royalty Paid to Govt for Right to Use Natural Resources Subject to GST Under RCM - (22 Aug 2017)

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has clarified that license fee, lease charge, royalty etc paid to Government for assigning right to use natural resources are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) under reverse charge.
