#GST: Govt Notifies Safeguards for Furnishing LoU in place of a Bond for Exports - (10 Jul 2017)

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has notified conditions and safeguards for registered person who intends to supply goods or services for export without payment of integrated tax, for furnishing a Letter of Undertaking in place of a Bond.
