Del. HC: Cancellation of Nizamuddin Food Outlet's 'Andaaz-E-Nizaam' Trademark Ordered - (09 Aug 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court, in a trademark infringement case file by an Indian restaurant chain “Nizam's”, has directed the cancellation of a trademark registered in favour of a food outlet “Andaaz-e-Nizaam” in Delhi’s Nizamuddin area.
