Kar. HC: Process of Recruitment for Government Jobs Must be Conducted Periodically - (09 Aug 2024)

Karnataka High Court has stated that recruitment for Government jobs should take place periodically because when accumulated vacancies are continued indefinitely, that not only affects the efficacy of public administration but also renders many qualified & eligible job aspirants age barred.
