Del. HC: Denying Seat to Candidate Due to Administrative Fault Would be Unjust - (26 Jul 2024)

SERVICE

Del. HC has observed that a MD seat denied to a candidate due to administrative inefficiency would be unjust and contrary to principles of fair competition and merit- based selection and the Courts must ensure that a meritorious candidate does not suffer injustice due to no fault of his or her own.
