Del. HC: Murder of Employee During Court of Employment Entitle Legal Heirs to Seek Compensation - (23 Nov 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that the murder of an employee during the course of performance of his duties would not disentitle the legal heirs of the deceased employee to claim compensation under Section 30 of the Employees’ Compensation Act.
