JKL HC: Rejection Of Plaint Under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC Can’t be Challenged - (25 May 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that provision of Revision under Section 115 CPC cannot be used to challenge an order of Rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11.
