Kerala HC: Superior Officers Will Be Personally Responsible for Overlooking Misdemeanor - (28 Oct 2022)

Kerala High Court while observing that it is not merely sufficient that State Police Chief issues circulars, has issued a warning that if superior authorities were not taking necessary action in cases of misdemeanor and misfeasance by officers, they will be held personally liable for the same.
