Delhi HC: Temporary Official Appointed on Work Charge Basis Can’t Claim Seniority for Such Period - (16 Sep 2022)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court has held that a temporary official, who is purely appointed on daily rated or work charge basis for specific period to do a specific job, can’t claim to be regular employee of establishment and thus can’t claim seniority for the period of his service rendered on work charge basis.
