ITAT: Depreciation Claimed on Government Securities Categorised as AFS is Allowable - (17 Jun 2022)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Ahmedabad Bench has held that depreciation claimed for the Government securities categorised as 'Available for Sale' (AFS) is allowable.
