Ker. HC: Error Different from Lacuna - (16 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court while observing that an error or omission on the part of a party to trial is not to be confused with lacuna which is an intrinsic weakness in the case of a party, has observed that court cannot deny a fair trial by refusing any party an opportunity to correct these errors.
