Madras HC: Any Appointments to 19 Tribunals Under Finance Act Would be Subject to Order in Writ - (30 Jun 2017)

Madras High Court has observed that all appointments to 19 odd tribunals, under purview of impugned Finance Act and Rules, would be subject to final order in writ petition filed by Madras Bar Association (MBA).
