Bombay High Court Reserves Order Over Plea Seeking Deferment of GST Rollout - (30 Jun 2017)

Bombay High Court has reserved its order after hearing both sides in a PIL seeking deferment of implementation of Goods and Services Tax Act (GST) till the next financial year of 2018-19.
