Google Loses Patent Claim over Invention on Improving Online Ads With Audio - (25 Sep 2015)

Google has lost patent claim over an invention titled ‘improved advertising with audio content’ as the company allegedly failed to satisfy objections raised by Patent Office with regard to novelty and inventive steps. Patent Office, Mumbai, rejected the application.
