#GST Rollout: RCM Not Applicable to Intra-State Supply of Goods, Services Below Rs. 5000 - (29 Jun 2017)

Central Government has notified that Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) is not applicable to intra-State supply of goods & services made by an unregistered person to a registered person where value of such goods and services comes below Rs. 5000.
