CCI Approves Heidelberg-Italcementi Deal - (25 Sep 2015)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Heidelberg Cement's proposed acquisition of Italcementi SpA. Heidelberg and the Italian company are into the business of cement and building materials.
