Rajasthan HC: Aadhaar Shouldn’t Be A Pre-requisite For Getting Food Articles From Ration Shops - (29 Jun 2017)

Rajasthan High Court has directed authorities to ensure that all those who hold a Ration Card are issued Rations as per entitlement without insisting upon holder of Ration Card obtaining an Aadhaar Card.
