Delhi HC Asks Canara Bank To Pay Rs. 2.62-Lakh Compensation For Wrongful Attachment of Property - (26 Jun 2017)

Delhi High Court has directed bank to compensate petitioner for trauma and humiliation caused due to wrongful attachment of his property because of bank’s negligence arising due to mistaken identity.
