SC Rejects Plea Seeking Guidelines to Ensure Uninterrupted Functioning of Parliament - (25 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has rejected plea seeking guidelines to ensure uninterrupted functioning of Parliament, stating that judiciary could not monitor business of legislature which lay in hands of Speaker, and any attempt to do so would lead to crossing 'lakshman rekha'.
