Madras High Court Rejects Petition Against Land Acquisition - (25 Sep 2015)

Madras High Court has rejected petition filed by a private firm seeking relief contending that acquisition proceedings under Tamil Nadu High Ways Act has no existence as on date in view of central Land Acquisition Act of 2013 coming into force.
