Orissa High Court Says 'No' to Suppression of Freedom of Speech & Expression on Ground of Convenience - (20 Jun 2017)

Orissa High Court has observed that constitutional freedom of speech and expression is subjected to reasonable restraints, but it cannot be suppressed on ground of convenience.
