GST Council: Composition Scheme Not Available to Manufacture of Ice-Cream, Pan Masala, Tobacco - (20 Jun 2017)

Goods and Services Tax (GST) has decided to exclude manufacture of ice-cream, Pan Masala and Tobacco from the purview of Composition Levy Scheme under the new proposed indirect tax regime.
