SC Finds Newspaper Managements Not Guilty of Contempt of Court - (20 Jun 2017)

Supreme Court has held that non-implementation or partial implementation of Majithia Wage Board Award by some newspaper establishments stemmed from understanding of concerned establishments in a particular manner and hence they cannot be made liable for contempt.
