Punjab and Haryana HC: Contract Given by AAI to AIATSL ‘Unreasonable’ - (25 Sep 2015)

Punjab and Haryana HC has ruled that contract given by Airports Authority of India (AAI) to Air India Air Transport Services Ltd (AIATSL) for entire ground-handling services at new terminal of Chandigarh International Airport, as “patently illegal and unreasonable”.
