Supreme Court: Judiciary Needs to Lean in Favor of View That Sub-Serves Nation's Economic Interest - (19 Jun 2017)

Supreme Court has stated that even if there is some technical violation by an industry, judiciary needs to lean in favor of particular view which sub-serves economic interest of the nation.
