NCDRC: Builder-Buyer Agreements Often Favours Builders’ Interest - (15 Jun 2017)

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), while terming some builder- buyer agreements as ‘unconscionable contracts’, has observed that the terms are usually framed ‘favourable’ and ‘suitable’ to builders/ service providers.
