CBDT: Payment of ‘Passenger Service Fee’ by an Airline to Airport Operator Does Not Attract TDS - (14 Jun 2017)

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued a circular clarifying that payment of ‘Passenger Service Fee’ made by an airline to Airport Operator does not attract TDS under section 194I of Income Tax Act.
