Bombay HC Asks State Excise, PWD To Decide Whether SC’s Booze Ban Order is Applicable to Bars, Hotels - (14 Jun 2017)

Bombay High Court has directed Secretary (Road) PWD and Commissioner for State Excise to decide whether certain bars, hotels and permit rooms are covered under Supreme Court’s highway liquor ban order.
