Bombay High Court: Illegitimate Child Entitled to Benefits u/s 16 of Hindu Marriage Act - (13 Jun 2017)

Bombay High Court has ruled that benefit of Section 16 of Hindu Marriage Act is available to an illegitimate child, who is born to parents who have undergone rituals/formalities of performance of marriage which may be void or voidable.
