SC Says Aadhaar Not Mandatory, But Linking it to PAN Mandatory for Those Who Have It - (09 Jun 2017)

Supreme Court, while upholding Central Government’s decision to link Aadhaar to PAN for filing IT returns said that it is not compulsory for those who don’t have an Aadhaar card to link it with PAN.
