Delhi HC: Bail Can Be Cancelled If Granted By Trial Court on Irrelevant Material - (09 Jun 2017)

Delhi High Court has set aside an order of grant of bail, observing that such orders can be cancelled to prevent miscarriage of justice, if they are based on irrelevant material.
