Bombay HC Upholds Vires of S. 28 A(1) of Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, 1869 - (09 Jun 2017)

Bombay High Court has upheld the vires of Section 28 A(1) of Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, 1869 that states about high court’s power to invest civil judges with jurisdiction under certain Acts.
