ITAT Kolkata: Rent-Free Accommodation to Part Time-Director from Company is Not ‘Business Income' - (08 Jun 2017)

ITAT Kolkata has held that rent-Free accommodation received by a Part Time-Director cum Employee from the Company cannot be taxable as “Business Income” under provisions of Income Tax Act.
