Allahabad High Court: No Prosecution Against Doctors for Failing to Deliver on Assurance - (01 Jun 2017)

Allahabad High Court has held that a doctor cannot be prosecuted for criminal negligence merely because he/she failed to deliver on assurances given to patient.
