Kerala High Court Asks Excise Department to Consider Permission to Bars Along Denotified Highways - (01 Jun 2017)

Kerala High Court has urged Excise Department to consider demand of bar hotels situated along Cherthala-Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur-Kuttipuram roads to continue operations, in view of notifications denotifying roads as highways prior to SC order highways booze ban.
