SEBI Puts in Place Disclosure Norm for Green Bonds, Environmental Objectives Must in Offer Documents - (01 Jun 2017)

SEBI has put in place disclosure norms for issuance and listing of green bonds which mandates its issuer to make disclosure about environmental objectives of issue of such securities in offer documents.
