Delhi HC: No Notice Needed to Search & Seize 'Undisclosed Money' Deposited in 3rd Party A/C - (31 May 2017)

Delhi High Court held that ‘Undisclosed Money’ deposited in a third parties’ Bank Account can be subject to search and seizure under Income Tax Act even without a Notice.
