Delhi HC Asks Ardee Builders' Account Statement of Deposits Received From Prospective Tenants - (31 May 2017)

Delhi High Court has directed Ardee Builders to file an affidavit within a week, affirming that they have not created any third party rights over the shops at Ardee Mall, Gurgaon.
