NCLT: Appointing New Directors Without Consent of Petitioner Shareholders Amounts to 'Oppression' - (30 May 2017)

NCLT has held that increasing authorised share capital of company, appointing additional directors and transferring shares to non-members without notifying petitioner shareholders, amounts to oppressive conduct.
