Supreme Court: In Uphaar Case, Punishment Limited by Law - (24 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has said that the magnitude of the Uphaar fire tragedy may call for "higher sentence" but it could not go beyond choices under law while sentencing brothers Sushil and Gopal Ansal who own Uphaar cinema hall.
