Govt Notifies Rules for Issue of Summons Under Prevention of Money-Laundering Act - (29 May 2017)

Govt has notifies rules for issue of summons under Prevention of Money-Laundering Act thereby making it mandatory to serve every summon or notice in Form 3 / Form 4 / Form 5 / Form 6, signed by Registrar or Administrative Officer.
