SC: Conviction Can Be Based on Solitary Evidence of Child Witness, If It Inspires Confidence - (29 May 2017)

Supreme Court has confirmed conviction of a woman for murder of her husband, based on testimony of her 12-year old son that he saw her presence in the room when his father was killed by two assassins, and that she asked him to leave the room on biding of one of assailants.
