SC Rejects Plea For Urgent Hearing on Petition for SIT Probe in Saharanpur Caste-Violence - (29 May 2017)

Supreme Court has denied urgent hearing of a Petition demanding a probe by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) into recent incidents of caste violence in Uttar Pradesh’s Saharanpur district.
