SC Says ‘Last Seen Together’ Coupled With ‘Absence of Explanation’ Insufficient For Conviction - (25 May 2017)

Supreme Court has reiterated that “last seen together” along with “absence of satisfactory explanation” cannot be made sole basis of conviction, when other circumstances could not be proved.
