NCLAT Rules 'Dispute' As Defined in IBC is Illustrative and Not Exhaustive - (25 May 2017)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has held that the term “dispute” as defined in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (S. 9) is illustrative and not exhaustive; however, such dispute must be relatable to debt or default claimed.
