Government Notifies Regulations for Voluntary Liquidation - (24 May 2017)

Government has notified regulations for voluntary liquidation under IBC which states that a corporate person may initiate voluntary liquidation proceeding subject to various conditions, including that majority of directors or designated partners of corporate person make a declaration to that effect.
