Chhattisgarh HC: Dispute Must Be Adjudicated at Place Mentioned In ‘Exclusive Jurisdiction’ Clause - (24 May 2017)

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that under ‘exclusive jurisdiction’ clause in arbitration agreement, dispute is to be adjudicated at the place mentioned in agreement and not at any other place.
